November 2004, KSUSA Kneeboard Surfing Titles and Festival returned to Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz in November 2004. Barry Baker fought a close battle with Jack Beresford to claim the Championship.

Sam Coyne was the only grommet to show up and was allowed to surf with the AAA finalists. The next year the Junior division would see some competition.
