im 6"2' and around 95 kilos,....and i ride just under a 6 fter. Im not surfing bigger stuff anymore, trying to get fit and back into it first lol, so im simply surfing normal summer waves around Newie...so i dont necesarily need the size... My concern has always been paddling / weight?? how do ...

You bet Andrew..im sooo there !. as i work on a rotating roster sometimes i have to work weekends and i had to work when you guyz headed off to Pacific Palms... :( So this time i have checked the roster and switched shifts with a mate so i can make it Mel has sent some cool stuff about Novo's.... have you tried downloading quiktime player ??...you will prolly need that with the .mov files especially...

Something to try in the waves next time you get hit by a cramp is to:

hold your nose and blow hard. Your cramp may not disappear but the idea is to get your attention away from it so your calf relaxes a little, easing the pain....
