Thanks for all of the kind words. I will be in Lee County somewhere, and will be able to travel a decent amount. I bet I will be the only kneeboarder at the Naples Pier though.

My landlocked days are almost over!

So I left So-Cal for Utah due to my wife's job in late 09. I finally got her to agree that this place really does suck, so we are moving to SW Florida this summer - which I know is not like living in So-Cal, but at this point I will take what I can get. Any other kneelos down there?

"Dave Parkes" <d-par@bigpond.com> can get you the pads. Any break in OC is Kneelo friendly if you can surf. Practice at a place like Bolsa and then go wherever you want.

what im asking is ... do you ride your Romo from 5' to 12' or whatever , using the same fin set?

I did, the hollower the surf the more I would moves the fins back. For those rare OC dredging days they are great boards. Like others have said, different board are good for different things.

Its pretty simple. Fins back = close minded retro-grouch who wants kneeboarding to die a slow death and never gain any new practitioners. Fins foward = open minded beacon of progressive thinking, not unlike Jeanne Grafalo, who knows its this style of board who will push kneeboarding into the mainstr...

Totally stupid question about pads

What is the best way to determine where to put them on the board? I can never seem to get it just right.

Florida kneelos I need some help please.

There is a slight possibility that I may move to Florida to be closer to my parents. They live in Marco Island. I have spent significant time in the Miami area, but then all I did was dive and surfing was secondary. What I am looking for is a place that is somewhat consistent and has a good quality ...

UDT's available again

I know some people are here were looking for UDT fins awhile ado. Well they are available again. The black ones have a new foot pocket that is soft like butter, while the blues still have the same foot pocket as before. Just FYI.
