Red-X fins
FYI, you can contact Red-X directly and get fins through them.
www.redxfins.com
Better price than retail, and you get a full selection of fiberglass fins rather than the composites found at most retail sites.
Good price, nice folks there, and quick shipping.

Stringer
Crazy how they shaved all the foam off the stringer for the flex tail, to keep it all tied together.

Custom bag
Hey, I found this guy Tom, who makes bags: http://www.midnightproducts.net/index.html I had him make me a custom bag, 3/8" padding all around, mylar liner for between boards, internal straps, four-anchor shoulder strap. All for less than $150 about a year ago. Quick turnaround, very flexible on...

My experience
Hey all, I've been using Kicks exclusively for a year or so and really like them. The caveat is that I live inland (Atlanta, GA) and travel 2-3 times a year to surf, so my experience is limited to my last 3 surf trips. Having said that, when I'm on a trip, we spend 6-8 hours in the water per day sin...

Scott Hawaii fin size experiences?
Hey, anyone use Scott Hawaii fins? If so, can you chime in on actual size, particularly if anyone uses XL? I wear a size 13 shoe and I'm always looking for a god low-profile fin that will handle my foot size. Came across a pair of the Scott's but don't want to go in if they are running a bit small. ...

Blast
I've got an older Blast Quad that's around that size or maybe shorter. I'll check the dims tonight and re-post tomorrow on it. The board was buckled and repaired, so it's hardly in pristine shape, and has a few light ding repairs that need some touching up, and I'm in Atlanta so we'd have to ship it...

My .02
I can't believe I missed this thread earlier, but thought I'd chime in on my experience on this issue. I've found that Toobs Blunt Cut XL's fit my size 13 feet with a 3m Ninja bootie well, and have a reasonably stiff blade but low profile both in length and width. I used a dremel tool to widen the f...

FLWaves - my .02
Hey FLWaves: The BluntCuts have more thrust, but the Kicks are more comfortable in bare feet, without sacrificing too much thrust. If I were out somewhere big with serious rips or currents, I'd probably opt for the fins with the most thrust, weight and comfort would take 2nd fiddle to being able to ...

Hey Jimi-Kicks
Jimi: I use Kicks exclusively when I'm sans booties. I really love the small profile, and find plenty of thrust. They are really light and fully get the job done without feeling like you are dragging a lot of weight and a lot of width around behind you. My with-booties fins are Toobs BluntCut's if t...
