I will know more tomorrow I have my appointment at 10am. It is where the physiotherapy treatment is done in water. All I can say is that I really appreciate the amount of pain that having bad shoulder/shoulders can create. Just like to be back in the water would be good, currently still out with back/shoulder problems next appointment with hospital friday pm.

Have to say I feel exactly the same as crox. Back in the UK all us kneelos and others were really excited about the contest and to start with found it very difficult to find any information. It did feel very strange, then information started to filter through from our guys out there via the UK sites...
