It won't be a pleasant but, beg to get an additional 2 days, it will make the G-land trip. Otherwise, as suggested above, stay out Ulu's or Padang and grab a Motobike.

To be on the ground for 5 days and losing two days due to travel, more so if the swell isn't there.

Had a major recon two years ago. two re-attachments, rotator cuff was fixed and acronioplasty (spelling??)..... go see a shoulder specialist. The fact it is two months post the injury also reduces some options if you need surgery....

Worst case is you at last find out what is wrong...luckily
