Cronulla was fun this am. 3-4 foot at the wall . I hit it early enough to avoid a big crowd and got some nice little waves.

Regarding insurance for clubs. If you affiliate with your state branch you must take out either their insurance or have one of equal cover. It costs Sydney Kneelo Club over $700.00per year to do this and you must also be an incorporated association. Thats part of my frustration with surfing nsw Sydn...

I agree totally with what Steen has said about organising clubs and comps ect for ourselves. The only thing i would add to the regional debate is- Im sure we could get 16-20 guys(at least) to a Sydney regional event, but as i mentioned before the structure and the flow of information out of surfing ...

Interesting reading all about regionals. Ten years of =5ths and =7ths and I finally crack one.
It helped that Phil, Keg and Mash were all missing but I was stoked anyway.
The main thing is the year is up and running we had a good crew of kneelos, nice little waves and heaps of fun, anything else is a bonus.

The Sydney away comp at Bommerang is not on until September.
It would be great to organise something with the Novo boys/Girls for that weekend if it fits the calender.
If any Novos think this a good idea post a reply.

I knew him as Queenslander- but as with most good things in Qld. it seems he originated south of the boarder. (only joking guys.)

I cant believe youve only got limited use of one lung- It definatly hasnt stopped you charging big waves at Sandon and Shitties thats for sure, keep charging mate you were an inspiration before I read the story even more so now.
