A motorised surf board can only be described as a 'powered vessel/craft'(motor boat). Do you have restrictions on operating this within a certain distance of swimmers(surfers)?

As Hoops said, shapers all foot surfers. No dedicatcated kneeboard shapers. His guy, Mike is good and been shaping for40+ years but I wouldn't have thought he'd get a board done in less than 4-6weeks. Some times he take that long for a repair, but he is a real craftsman and moves fast if he's excite...

Hi Bryn, haven't been on forum for a while. There was a one legged Kneelo living Nelson, I purchased a board from him a couple of years back. I'll try and get his contact details if he's still there.

Hey, a mate of mine (James) from Gizzy has a Kneelo friend in Napier. Think he surfs a lot at Awatoto at the river mouth just out of town. You've also got Haumoana and Te Awanga to south and in the right conditions the section by the Port works well so you dont have to drive far. James is in OZ for ...

Hi Chris, should have been at Omanu this morning. 2 1/2- 3 ft clean with light off shores. A few barrels to be had out there, even spied a longboarder(James) deep in one.

Swell should stick around for a few days.
