How Short is Too Short.

Sorry i could not help it. I would like a travel kneeboard , travelling with the family where you would only ride on the odd occasion versus a full blown surf trip. Would a four foot board be feasible , chopped off tail and nose , add a lot of volume in the middle. I would not mind a bit of a compro...

I have seen that some airlines need the board to be 5 ft and under.
Something along the lines of the Walden Tri Fold might be great.

The board i had scanned was a board that i gave every dimension for and was there for all important dimension changes , i think it is a totally different issue if i bought just for example a board from Bud and copied it that would be very wrong.

I have just had Surfblanks in Durban scan my board , and i am just using it as a starting point so i can get the basics right including volume etc.
I must say they they do not just scan and hand over the file they did a lot of hand measuring to ensure it was very close.
