Great post RW, couldn't have said it better myself.....

Craig Russell and I ended up surfing Churches on Wednesday. DOH+ on the sets with 150yrd runs. Lots of fun till the wind hit around 9:30am. By then we had 3+ hours of bombs and were tired anyway....

Craig Russell and I will be hitting lowers Wednesday morning...anybody heading there?

I grew up surfing 15th street in MB and would love to come back for a gathering. I think any of the peaks between the pier and Marine would support the crowd.....

I surfed solid head-high Sano today with absolutly perfect conditions. The shape was epic, as was the weather. My new 7'6" Weber Feather Fastback (retro 70's single fin) worked great. Very fast and Fun.

Somedays you just have to stand-up...

Si Senor....We are in the water by 6:00 at the South Jetty or down at Condos and I'll most likely be on one of my Blast Fish.....

Saturday looks like it should be fun...Craig and I will be hitting O-Side in the AM.

Opinion on small wave boards? For me it's 9'6" or larger.........

Scott, Colin is not 18yrs old. He was just saying that it is hard for the young guys on the tour to book late flights at additional cost. Also, go easy on circus comments. If my memory serves me correctly, many in the Santa Cruz area compared our event to a circus for handicapped geriatrics. My poin...

Sounds like a torn meniscus to me. If you have a family doc that can write you an RX for an MRI I would be happy to scan your knee (on-the-house) at my office in Escondido.

At the risk of sounding like a "Homer" for my regular break, I agree with Bill. O-Side is a good place to hold the championships. It takes most swells, plenty of room to spread out, tolorent crowds. It gets my vote.

The Flying Fatman will be there in all his glory....

Head high to maybe 1ft. overhead with very clean hollow conditions..
