Sports drinks are good but very saturated with sugar - try plenty of stretching, water and bananas - potassium in bananas relieves cramps - look at Tennis players, every break sip of drink and nibble on a banana (this is especially fun when Sharapova does it :wink: )

Jusr re-read my post, I wasn't saying that those people in question were scared, more that it is a common marketing ploy to highlight areas that people are afraid of and offer them a plausible solution (no matter how small the success rate)
