Check out Bud McRay's Blast Hawaii kneeboarding site, there is a board on there that is made from a similar material.

Hey Bruce

I will have a closer look at my board and check the nose width. At its widest point the board is 23".

The Mornington Peninsula has had some great swell and offshore winds over the last few days. It has been great to get wet! Surfed for a couple of hours today and was absolutely stuffed at the end. I just kept on telling myself "One more wave!" finally I really meant it.

Thanks Bruce :) Yeah it did make sense. After reading lots of posts about style etc... I have thought alot about my positioning. I have had to change my positioning to suit my board and in slower, fatter surf I tend to bog my rails in a fair bit. I really struggle in fat slow stuff. Cheers Sophia

Hey Bruce

Do you consider how a person rides when you are doing their fin placement? ie do they ride in the middle of the board or further back etc...

Hi Bruce

No I haven't had a chance to get up to Sydney. I have been flat out lately, and I have been spending a fair bit of time just concentrating on my training (as well as a bit of study). I probably won't get a chance to head up that way until June.

Steen

Yeah I was pretty stoked (and lucky) to get that barrell. Sadly some heats were devoid of good set waves. Still lots of great surfing though!!

I gotta agree Tony! :D

Farbz and the boyz did a great job, carrying all that stuff up and down the beach, providing us with music, food and drinks. They worked all day. Good on ya boyz.

I was at Bendalong on the weekend, with some 60 other kneelos. There were heaps of them standing up on their kneeboards (free surfing). On the Sunday (the better swell came in) there were heaps of the kids having a go at standing up on their kneeboards, some were proficient at it and others were sta...

Hey Tony Well we made it home safely. It was great to meet up with so many other kneelos. It was a great weekend. Everyone performed really well in the trying conditions. The cadets did really well on Saturday afternoon competing the final in terrible conditions. Sunday morning saw a big improvement...

Kage Definitely start mixing it up. Go for the sprint sessions and interval training, as well as kickboarding. Stemple :D made an excellent point about joining a masters group, you will get guidance and it helps with the motivation as well. Doc, I have seen those ride on mowers and 4WDs. I have also...

Thanks for that Doc...

I agree on the hype thing too.

Yeah I will have a look at the label.... But it has sat there for a while now without me using it so I should probably ditch it.

I munch apples a fair bit, my friut of choice!

Hey Beeline, you are right about proteins being amino acids, and amino acids are the cellular building blocks. :) Doc I agree with alot of what you say. A well balanced diet will provide you with enough protein, carbs and fat. Unfortunately most peoples' diets are unbalanced. You are bang on the mon...
