Several years ago, my son-in-law a PE teacher got me into them. I overstretched my lats and was out of the water for a couple of weeks. I decided that it was not the work out for me.

I saw video of someone doing this a couple of years ago. There are days in HB when the poles would come in handy for sure, oterwise why bother.

I had a kneelo friend that I lost touch with who used to go there for several summers. He didn't make lodging accomodations because he would always get asked to stay with the familes he met on the beach. He'd leave them his diving gear and board when he left.
