I've shipped a southbend lathe and a Bridgeport Mill from NorCal to Kauai for reasonabe amou...

I'm living on Kauai now, and I have 3 boards available - all 5'5" carbons - 2 quad fishes and an asym. single fin shaped to go right. Also have room to store boards if that's what you need.

I surfed there around 1979. As I recall there's a left breaking into the channel on the northside. Google Earth has good resolution pics of that area and Wannasurf shows a right. I remember I got a fair amount of reef rash from missing a section and getting sucked over the reef - still got scars on ...

Put Laurie and myself down for the NS Gathering. We're going to be in Kauai from 2/1 - 2/9 so that I can surf off some of this winter fat that has mysteriously appeared around my waist, then onto Oahu from 2/10 - 2/18. We're staying at the Turtle Bay Resort . I'll bring a laptop and dig. cam. to upl...

Chris, I'm looking at attending the Gathering in Feb. also, and I'm flexible in my schedule. I plan on bring a 5'5" kneeboard and a 5'4" fiance. 2 weeks is about the length of time also. If we can get a couple of more couples to commit, we could get a big house on the beach. I haven't spen...

I joined the evil side and helped put up a web cam of a popular spot in Humboldt county. When the price of gas went above $2/ gallon the cost of doing the old dawn patrol became a deciding factor in the placement of a surf cam. I surfed there this morning. go to http://68.105.21.130:3398/index.htm y...

I make my own KB's because it would get prohibitively expensive to keep me in boards because they last about a year before they're stressed cracked, water logged, missing a few fins, pressure dinged , etc. I learned to make a board by just doing it, then I bought the Master Glasser DVD from Damascus...
