Blacks beach is infested with kneeboarders. But its probably out of your comfort zone.

Hi All Relatively new to kneeboarding myself and from 20 years of serious bodyboarding. My 11 year old now wants to kneeboard and mine is really to wide for him to paddle at 23 3/4 inches. Kneeboarding more or less took off in 1969-72, according to the article.
These sub 5 ft boards were never really kneeboards, or at least werent once everyone figured out what worked.

the most I ever lost was 35 lbs at a time. I had to learn what works, heavy exercise OUT!, stimulates the appetite too much. Light exercise, like bicycling for 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week and sticking to about 1500 cals a day, sometimes less, sometimes more could lose 4-5lbs a month that way. The e...
