i'm 61, just ordered a new board. i'm 5'8" @ 230. i got a 5'8" board 23 x 2 7/8 thick. did i get a board that is to small. i havn't kneeborarded in over 20 yrs. and having confidence issues, with being held under to long. i've been training with swimming and cardio, but i still get spooked...
