I have been nursing what i believe to be tendonitis of the achilles. Think i did it in june last year running in the sand to the surf. I just switched ins. last month and hope to find some resolve. Google it there are good sites with help.

you can do a drop off at the brookhurst entrance. bring a bike if possible and park in one of the tracts off brookhurst or bushard= save 15.00 for a nice steak. the walk from the drop off would be about 1-1/2 guard towers to the south. the ride would be <1 mile. multi-activity weekend but plan to be...
