I follow a 3-day split workout plan. Torso one day.....arms the next.....legs the 3rd. Pretty heavy workout, but parts get a 2 day rest inbetween seshes......takes me about 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day. Pismo had a 90,000 gallon sewage spill at Pismo Creek (Sea Venture parking lot) on Jan 1st. Some cases of flu-like symptoms reported: I got pretty sick, I know, I was ready to get Hep "c" shots and whatever but got over it in about a week.

Not recommended.

See my post above under the other "back problems" section. BTW: I am now 58 yrs. old, broke my back when I was 21.....4 story fall.....compression fracture at L1 with a bruised spinal cord....decompressive laminectomy performed....no fusion....found out the other day that my spine had fuse...

I came from a bodyboarding background. I broke my back in 68 while in The Army and was paralyzed for 6 months. My legs still have a lot of nerve damage and are weaker than the average persons, so for me a bigger and longer blade fin works better to compensate. I use Vipers with the 7" bodysurfe...
