surf?

"Lake Santa Cruz" has been it for some time. I watched lulls between the 6 inch sets at The Lane, where there was nothing lapping the shore. Calm, no foam, no movement at all. Strange sight.

Thanks for pulling this one up SFK!! Thru out the decades all the stories and pics. of the intensity of large pipeline have been some of the best tales. Watching Bud on that day must have been awesome to inspire such accolades almost 40yrs later.

Much respect to Mr. Bud

cramps

Searched away-kneebumps!!! That stuff can be some nasty sh*t!!! Seems that even a drop can be lethal to those that are predisposed. Like Bee stings to some. Dosages for malaria are 625mg. every 8hrs., dosages for leg cramps (when it was available) were 200-325mg. per night. The amount in a can of to...

I gleened a tidbit from one of these previous "fin threads" thats helped amazingly. It's in regards to leg cramps and the use of Quinine in the form of tonic water. I keep a cheap six-pack in the car now at all times, an guz one while suiting up. It has eliminated the cramps I use to get l...

Wrong answer AB  Let's stir the pot a little bit . Huntington State, if your name tag is an indication of your location and roots, and hence style, then sharpen up and chine them babies. Get your arms up and flappin' and do all kinds of squiggling and pumping just to keep the board up...

Lots of comments regarding the use of gluco/condro doses, I've heard good reports on it. Just curious if anyone has delved into the use of Hyaluronic Acid? PT friend of mine claims it works faster and kicks azz on joint improvement and other body functions. As for stretching, check into AIS, active ...
