You are not going to have much luck finding knee boards in CR, especially from the Ticos as they are either body boarders or surfers. I have seen just a few X Pats living in Costa Rica in the North. Maybe you will get lucky and find one of us down there during you stay. Good luck !

I see you guys have a few comps in Cronulla. What ever happened to seeing Shark Island in the mags. When I was there it looked like a Body board wave, but I'm sure it would be a great wave for kneelos. Do you guys get out there or am I thinking of a different area ?
