Yes, it's true Beeline took "allot of flack from the banned side". But, I have personally spoken with him and this is not the only reason he left the site. He has actually taken a certain amount of guff from other opposing contributing sides, as well. He was getting it in stereo/surround ...

Went to C street this morning in Ventura. Something wierd, mostly head high with plusses to 8 ft faces. Something was directing swell away from there. Looked at SS , double the size, but sloppy stormy disorganized stuff. Ended up at Rincon, light to sometimes medium crowd. Overhead by a ft or two an...

latest from Wetsand issued this evening: Here's how I'm calling it tonight: Monday the 25th (by sunrise) this swell should bring at least 15-foot face heights to west facing breaks not inhibited by island blockage. Conditions are still cautionary though as pounding surf from a direct westerly angle ...

I'm getting reports that this swell (today) is competition for the biggest swell
in a few or 5 years around here.
Seal Beach (Esther Oil Platform) is breaking.

from Stormsurf.com Central/Southern CA: Expect swell arrival starting at 7 AM Sunday (2/24) ramping up fast, with swell /seas peaking near noon at Pt Conception at 19 ft @ 14-16 secs (maybe longer periods intermixed) resulting in 26-30 ft faces from 270 degrees. Swell to pushing into exposed breaks ...

Wetsand now says HH, with a foot or two overhead at best breaks only.

Also we're now scheduled for a big mean NorthWest swell at the same time,
so the South swell may get plowed under.

looking at the models today, looks like this upcoming swell will be a little bit
of a dissapointment. It didnt push north or north east as forcefully as the models had stably predicted. There will be a swell however, maybe not overhead. The cake should be baked in tomorrows Wetsand report.

Its pretty good.
You will be impressed!
Follows the same story line as 'North Shore'.
but drops the ball , probably due to budget constraints somewhere during/after the main character is stepladdering through a series of boards.

Thanks Surfhorn. As you are well aware SUP is in its infancy. Very few of the guys are what could be called 'veterans' of the sport here in my piece of Southern California, usually they are advanced surfers trying to pick up SUPing also. Also I notice that contests are starting to be organized for t...
