Dry Land training
has anyone come up with a way to train on land?
of course one can practice popping up onto the knees, but for balance, speed sensation etc?
kind of like a kneeboard skateboard?
be good to be able to slide down a hill, practice grabbing a rail, sweeping left & right

I remember asymmetrical boards were huge in windsurfing for wavesailing in the 80's with the idea of a board being built for a particular break i.e. right hand break so the tail & fins reflected that with the left hand tail being cut away. I would have thought that a kneelo facing forward is irr...

Brings back memories, i used to have a crozier flex tail in the 70's loved that board 5'6 x 23 1/2 i think it was, used to get so much speed off the bottom turn, launch it off the lip, air and plenty of it, not good for the knees [ didn't have deck pads then ] been thinking of making another one the...

had a similar thing years ago - saw doc who said it was swollen bursa. He drained it twice - both times the clear fluid was slightly red which meant some bleeding into it.
