Hey! Love to see another eyedoc here! Hmmm... I always thought their average PD was about 59... makes it easier to line up down those tight little barrels here on the East Coast!!

Just made my reservations... cool. Made sure to get one of the rooms with a fridge... must keep the rehydration cylinders chilled to less than ambient temps.

CRT

CRT is a great new technology... wear rigid contacts at night... take 'em out in the morning and see all day without glasses or contacts. It's particularly good for teens who are not yet old enough for lasik.

As a therapeutic optometrist and a yoga teacher I'd be happy to answer any questions that come up pertaining to these two issues. Lasik, contact lenses, CRT, injury prevention, etc....

Just got back...

My son and I just got back from Tamarindo... loads of fun. Witch's Rock was good... Nosara was good... Negra was big, but sloppy, Avellanes was good... it was all good, dude! Witch's Rock Surf Camp was a fun way to do the area. They ran vans and SUV's every day to several breaks. Right now the boat ...
