Help with stance

All, could really do with some suggestions on how I can improve stance. No matter how hard I try, in the heat of the moment the knees seem to attract each other and weld themselves together resulting in me falling over myself at some point in the ride. I know this is screwing up my potential to adva...

Craig If you're still interested in a strap, I gave my brother one of my dive light lanyards from scuba diving for his olympus and it's still going strong in the surf 2 years later. Most scuba dive shops will sell these and they are very sturdy, obviously water proof / resistant and not all that cos...

Knee position on board

I've been surfing for a while by myself without other kneelos and have developed the bad habit of having my knees too close together. Feels quite unstable when turning and I tend to come off if trying for a bigger turn or manouver. Body memory seems locked in and with everthing else going on during ...

I have size 12 eee feet and use Hydro Tech 2 silicone fins. They are made in a specific right and left foot style and I've found that over time (not long) they molded themselves to my feet. They are the most comfortable fin I've ever used - would not go back to anything else now and don't need to us...

Thanks all, will need to check availability on some of the items in Oz but have plenty to go on now.

K Man - appreciate the heads up on the dangers of whizzing, guess I'll need to think of another warming technique for those cold winter mornings!

Adhesive for deck pads

I have a set of Parkes deck pads (the raised set not the flatter type) and they keep lifting, I've tried Selleys Kwik Grip which was recommended but it still keeps lifting.

Anyone got any suggestions on a good adhesive (short of nailing them down)

Fin advice

I'm refurbishing an old Flashpoint (circa 1985 designed for an Indo trip - 5'11" rounded square tail thruster) that I've found, has a centre fin box with small fin and two large glassed in side fins. I ride up on the Sunshine Coast, Australia and generally surf beachbreaks in the 1 to 3' range ...
