[yesterday] Fresh caught salmon[chinook].filleted-kept the skin on,thats where the good stuff lives-pulled out the small bones.Hot skillet,olive oil[great stuff]crushed large clove of garlic.Skin side down,till almost done.Turn over-cook till fish separates easily,Don't want to overcook-just as well...

Sitting here looking at the hart 5-fin.Since several of my boards are twinzers, this look s like a winner.It's twinzer like except for several differences.Forward fins single tabs] are more forward of the main fin.Main fins look like stock fcs.
