Thanks Amanda. I knew it was against coastal laws, I just wanted to know if it was being entertained. Another reason not to waste my time with blogs, no responsibility and unreliable.

The saddest part of this is he's a surf writer, former editor of Surfer mag and author of the Encyclopedia of Surfing. Just another misinformed blogger now.
