Kneeboarding is definitely not on its way out.

I was not perfectly sure where to post this, either here or a thread speaking about the 'dying art of kneeboarding'. I chose here because this is where it began for me. There have been several theories about why they occur, including low blood sugar, dehydration, salt imbalances after sweating and either extreme heat or cold, poor flexibility and tight muscles but here are a few tips I picked up for this, 1. Warm up rather than only stretch before hitting the water...

excitement @Pipe yesterday

Does anyone know what the brief excitement at Ehukai was about yesterday :shock: ?
Even at Rocky Point a few people were talking about it.
It was either a shark or something with as many teeth. :?

Eitherway the evening glass-off conditions were pristine :wink:

I was wondering about sunblock myself until recently. I eventally came to discover the Shiseido Sunblock Stick :D . It's excellent for your face. For lips- any lip balm with SPF over 30 works for me.
The coppertone can get me high if I inhale right after application :shock:
