Welcome, Many of us have several boards.I suggest you try a couple before you buy anything, even used. There's a crew in HB and some in O-Side.. Email me if you come up to HB, and I'll be glad to let you have a go on one of my boards. I'm a weekend warrior but there's a few guys out here most days. M2

I agree about processed sugar, empty stomach when going to sleep, even walking for 20 mins after meals will make a big difference in processing your food. If you want to add something else try adding as much cabbage and celery to your diet. They take more calories to digest that you get out of. Look...

That board looks like it's flying just standing there. Piece of fluid, fast, funtastic art indeed. The wave looks to be challenging as well. Congrats.
