Thanks for all the input guys. I went to a friend of mine who is a PT. He did an exam similar to day described and concluded that I'm f'cked. Off to see a Dr Kramer, ASP ortho doc, in Newport Beach in two days.

My injured shoulder

I injured my shoulder 2 months ago surfing. I have pain in my upper shoulder and range of motion issues. Greatest pain is when I reach and strech above my head to initiate a paddling motion. What a classic. That is definitely a Ron Ligenfelter shape. I rode for him and Sea Ski back in the 70's and had several boards of that shape except we went with single fins rather than the twinny.
