Sounds good AB hopefully we can find a wave up sunrise way if its small and from the north. Nice to see one of your Chubs in action.
Was waves up here on Saturday but not much left this morning.
Let us know your Noosa visit dates and I'll text a few of the local recalcitrants.

Hi Hank Got a custom Flashpoint several years ago. It paddled in well, turned beautifully etc but it side slipped going along steep walls sometimes. I know it's not a design fault having watched Simon, Gavin and Ross ride them harder than me but they consistently lean forward. I don't lean forward m...

Thanks Tinso And good on you for stepping up for a role with the KSA. One observation I'd make about sporting clubs is that much of the heavy lifting is done by parents with kids/teenagers involved in that sport. Kneeboarding has an older demographic which depending on your stage of life means devot...

Maybe I should emphasise that the local Boardriders club up here is still happy to have kneeboard members. I am a member (about $40 pa) and if people are keen to have monthly comps - (I reckon quarterly is more realistic) then this is probably the way to go. This by no means rules out get togethers ...

Hi AB Congratulations on the family news. Like the idea of getting together at various locales. A trip down your way soon might be on the cards as it has been flat here for over 2 weeks. A few of our regulars are Brisbane based so it would suit them. Probably been a wave up the other side of Rainbow...

Not quite that grim Windansea Boardriders maintain a kneeboard division in their annual Ma and Pa Bendall Memorial Contest which is now held each Easter. I will keep interested parties informed through KSA and the KSUSA website in the lead-up. The club is short board focused but has kneeboard member...

Hi AB Like the other kneeboard events we rely on a certain number of people being prepared to travel a fair way. The change from mid February to Easter allows for some expansion in the event as significant sponsors come onboard. Unfortunately it's not so good for travelling competitors but as you kn...

Hi Terence I visited the website in the link you provided. I found it to be misleading - personal anecdote and cherry picking of bits and pieces about chemical toxicity. Can I suggest this link to a summary of CSIRO's study on sunscreens. They are a highly regarded research institution in Australia....
