I had arthroscopic knee surgery for a torn meniscus. Luckily the recovery time isn't so bad with the arthroscopic. I delayed the surgery for while, but the tear would float around and sometimes bind and cause pain. I recommend getting it over with. Good luck.

Yesterday was very good up here. Well overhead, clear, sunny and glassy all day. It was 89 degrees at sunset last night. Today the swell is a little smaller, but again excellent conditions. Fall is nice
