K, last few months, cron has stood for cronic fog wind.

Try taping it with kinesiology tape. Worked great for me when I had some tendinitis issues a while back. One brand is KTtape, get the kt2, it's waterproof and stays on about a week. There are lots of videos on YouTube on how to put it on. www.kttape.com available at Sports Authority, CVS, etc.

If you want the classic fish feel with a bit more maneuverability try the Pavel Speedialer fins. They're what that board was originally designed to use. Glide, I've got a Steve Lis fish from the mid 70's that's 21 inches wide and one from 2003 that's 23+1/4 wide. They are actually very similar boards, the things you like about the fish, projection/drive will still be there at 23 inches wide.

Is that the same as the dog house?

Speakin' of rootsy, how about the La Paloma in Encinitas? Saw Pacific Vibrations there, it was groovy.
