My issue is not with the Cathay stewerdesses,free grog or comfy chairs.If you like I was were going surfing overseas, and in my case it was from Oz to Indo return,and you have in your company a minimum of 3 boards,you like I was will get seriously bent over..........both ways!

I agree with Mike on this one although Qantas has been dodging a few bullets recently.I will suggest not touching Cathay as they will give you a dam good financial rogering should you decide to take along a couple of boards.

Garuda was`nt an issue with excess for me an the family last year to Bali,but I can add don`t fly with Cathay Pacific as I was absolutely raped with excess fees to and from Singapore (3 boards and bag)

Halbs you spoken with Wet Dreams as I know they make kneeboard covers and wheelies

If boards snap with little effort with stringers what do you reckon they`ll do without one,rovings or not.
