Tony, hopefully i will be able to make the gathering at Seaside over here so will have my trusty Diplock 5"10" round pin tri for all to see! It has served me more than well and i will definitely be getting another one when it finally gives up and i get back to the UK!

Have to agree with Stephen here. Have blown the cruciate ligaments in both left and right knees with a deck pad in the last 3 years just from doing cutbacks! Depends how you ride of course but when your upper body is twisting and your knees are still facing forward it does stress them pretty heavily...
