I know most don't do it but you should do your static stretching after, kinettic stretching prior. Recent studies have shown that static stretching prior to exercise actually leaves your muscles more suceptible to injury.

Wednesday at Ocean Beach SF was all time! 3 hours of magic on a peak I only shared for a few waves at the other end of the beach from the contest. amazing surf but that takes sharkey to an entirely different level. can you imagine the # of whites patrolling the beach considering a seal colony of that size.

I'm back, an adventure, surf was good a few days but only average to poor the rest. Highlights were definitely meeting and staying with the KSUSA crew. A few other high/low lights: Staying in a hut on top of the Tongorio Alpine Crossing in 35 mph winds and rain alone with nobody else on the mountain...
