If the stuff is thick enough it'd be great, as it would allow for getting up and moving your knee position around a bit as required sometimes. Probably very similar to the cove pad principal, I...

Being a relative newby to this site, I haven't seen this thread before.

I have a 5'9" quad rounded pin, and a 5'10" quad swallow tail (both Parkes boards) if needed in the Newcastle, NSW area.

Yeah that's Shannon Berwick from the Novo's. He's got a fair size quiver nowdays, all Kneeons by Hutchy, and really similar to the ones I had made recently. I think the biggest one he has is 7'2" or something, and he's talking about a 7'6". I think Baden Smith has a 7'6" - he was show...

Gotta say, just got Parkesy's new pads for my 3 new boards, and I'm impressed! They're not as soft as the bubble style, but haven't given me any trouble rash-wise so far. Grip is excellent! Good enough that you don't worry about them at all - you know they work and feel right under your legs. Not to...

6'2" and the other 5'10" have now settled in to my life. And turned my surfing on it's head...for the better! The 6'2" turned out to be my salvation at Phillip Island. Carved through 3-4ft bumpy reforms to get me a 2nd then a 1st in my heats. It handles a bit of size and cuts through ...
