i'm kinda getting convinced stretching can actually cause injuries. i read somewhere about calf muscle tears and stretching where the loosening up of the muscle facilitated the injury whereas leaving it tight and unstretched led to fewer injuries. i myself 2 years ago was stretching before basketbal...

hey Chris, when i blew out my ACL the rehab that made the most improvement for me was bicycling. start with flatland and when you can start climbing hills without significant pain then climb lots of hills. lots of ice and anti-inflammatories after. good luck
