Not that difficult. The man has been around, a vital part of our Surfing history.Talk to him, tell him how you surf, and the type of waves you surf. It's what he does, and he's not interested in building ''crap''
He'll probably have a core group of people that ride his board, that have similiar objectives as yourself.Ask......

In some ways it has nothing to do with the question.
In some ways it does....
Example of paraphrased Orwellian doublethink fron the book "1984"; aka all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others. In some forums, could be read as meaning, all shapers are shapers, but some may suit you better than another.HW,,,,''All shapers are equal, but some are more equal than others.???''

Actually your paraphrase comes from Orwell's "Animal Farm", not 1984
1984 was all about 'Big Brother'..whereas Animal Farm was all about animals (human's included)

Don't know if you're still considering this purchase, but I bought a romo from the frog house about 10 months ago. It's a 5'9" tri with the round pin tail. I used to have a quad fish and a couplle other boards, but was thinking the same thing you are... are these romos worth a try. I have to say I have not been too impressed. It does stick to the pocket pretty tight, but really isn't loose enought to cut and turn at will, and isn't very fast. I'm taking the advise from some of these godfathers of kneeboarding, and trying my hand at a Blast Hawaii.
