This is great news ! :D

At that price (over $200) I can sell my stash of blanks and make 3 times the money without even having to shape'm.
Hey Bud,
Just stick a Blast Sticker on a blank, stick it in a box, have FedEx pick it up, then take the rest of the day off to enjoy the Green Room :D

Surfermag.com currently has an article stating that a group in partnership with the blank manufacturer from South Africa will be starting an operation in Tijuana. They expect to begin the first week of March and hope to be in production by May or June. Their goal is 10,000 blanks per month to supply west coast, Hawaii, and Japan.

That's ok, because the good ole US of A is going to spend 600 million dollars for a private contractor to rebuild the TJ sewer treatment plant so we won't have any crappy water coming over to our side ...

Meanwhile the sewer systems all over San Diego are falling apart ...

This is a good read for anyone interested in the current situation to the foam famine.

By the way.............

The dust has yet to settle and though we've (shapers) have seen some pretty good samples arrive, the actual products, that have come out of mass production runs, have not been consistent in quality.

We've even seen foam shrinkage like the pics of the Spyder Murphy board that I posted.
