Dean Cleary Boards
Thinking of a new board and was looking at Dean Cleary's website. Anyone out there riding a Cleary board? Any feedback?

Just to let others know all my boards are custom. I'm in Deano's shaping room 99% of the time I order a board, the other 1% I'm e-mailing him and letting him know what I want the board for. The last board I received was the day before I went to INDO and it performed excellent in well over double overhead surf at THUNDERS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey CaptKneemo apologies not necessary all riders have there favorite shaper or shapers. Dean has been mine since 1969. Everybody rides little different and they have what they ride from their favorite shaper or shapers. I have lots of friends that ride for only 1 shaper and lots of them who have boards from several different shapers.
i have a 6'2 trifin squash tail i hade dean shape a few years back. I seldom ride it (near new conition still). i seldom ride it not because of the shaper but more... when i ordered it i really didn't know what i wanted now it just sits in the rack at home or as a loaner to my friends that want to try kneeboarding. I have seen some really nice DC shapes and he will pretty much shape it however you want. I would order from him again
