nice move...

What works & what doesn't and in what type of conditions. Got a "secret" only you and your shaper know???? Post it here... we can keep it quiet ;-)

helps to have a quad or a smaller back fin on a thruster, otherwise you have to put the fins (or whole board!) out over the lip aka the vid

That's a great move for sure. I can get a 360 on a right rotating clockwise back into the breaking wave, but clockwise seems near impossible. Also, without enough speed it's real easy to go over the falls backwards with the board and the wave coming down on you. Speed is key.
What quad designs are loose enough to pull around?

It's more a matter of technique, for the given moment as well as the style board being ridden. :)

a matter of technique, for the given moment
If you are going fast enough and there's room then carve the turn around.
8) 8)
Running out of room and or speed, then take the pressure off the fin and spin it around................or a bit of both. 8)

Maybe it's just how you feel............at the moment. :)

(But at this particular moment, it's just getting light, surf's kneehigh to a kneeboarder and I'm still feeling a bit sleepy  )
