Hey Geno, What sort of boards did Hynson shape for you and did they have have the typical Hynson nose to tail downrail? Just curious.

Thanks Gene. Can I have 2 halves from the same board, or do I have to take one from each?

Havn't been up to P.A. but conditions have been good for it. I usually surf in K-man's neck o' the woods. Preping for a trip south today so I missed getting chased out of the water by the landlord this morning. Geno, I would think that both of those boards would be well worth repairing.

Ken...I take my major repairs to Joe Roper's repair shop...they do great work...I'll fix one and see.I've had some success before but the ledgy, heaving reefs I feature in L.J. can be very unforgiving to repaired broken boards. I used to live in Mendo and surfed P.A. a lot. Killer wave and Anchor Steam on tap across the street, not to mention the steamy hot showers on the pier......

Sounds to me like you'll probably break 'em either way.
Better order a couple more.

Would epoxy help? That Stretch board John posted looks pretty cool and Stretch has the epoxy thing dialed.

Geno, I didn't mean for the repair , Roper is definately the man for that job. I meant for the next new unsuspecting board that you plan on subjecting to that abuse. Poor thing, it hasn't even been made yet, and it's days are numbered.
