Hey Geno,
How do you consume those "veggies": ingestion or inhalation?(sp?)
Because it could make a difference on weight gain or loss.
It could keep you like a yo-yo or even a Lo-lo, as we say in the islands!

G'day guys , I'm 6'9" and weigh around 130kg . Bruce has made my boards for many years . Generally he has made my boards around the 6' mark and 24" wide and 2.75" thick . I've tryed almost all tail possiblities except the round tail . Here in Australia I prefer the swallow tail but almost think the pin tail isn't bad in larger surf where you don't need to turn to much . For the Sydney Kneelo Comps , Bruce made me a 6' 2" , 26" wide and 2.75" thick which has a lot of drive for those shity comp days .
Down at my local , one bloke (approx 5' 3" and skinny) also rides a 6' board 23" wide ( he can't get his legs further apart) and 2.5 thick .
So he and I ride almost identical boards , just ride what works for you .
