Dorjie... you are right...the Island guys are good to deal with. Now you know why I drive 2.5 hours to Phillip Island to get my boards'n'stuff when Torquay is 20 minutes down the road. It will be interesting to know whether you enjoy your Island quad as much as I do mine.

I think I may have looked at that board a couple of times and came close to buying it.
I'm holding off 'till I work out just how long a board for me should be.
At the moment I'm thinking a 6', 24" and round square quad in a Freak ... second hand that could be difficult so I may have to get Neil working.
Or just settle for the a standard Freak swallow.

... so if you see one S/H, let me know

I called back home to make a pitch. The entire package that was offered was unreal.

Is that the one you landed, Jamie?

Anyhow, it was admired by many, and to be enjoyed by one lucky bloke!
SF, Big Fred won the Freak board along with a trip to Mex. Mutiny told me Fred's been riding the Freak in Huntington :D

yes mate - workin a surf shop on the island must be chills ville

whilst it was made for a bigger guy than me it will work as a semi gun/ winters board for my height/weight

Ive surfed boards above my weight (as a design theory) and find they suit me - I must surf heavy

looking foward to all this as the surf season has kicked off this week with a few very handy dawn sessions before work on this building swell

hope to hit the reefs in the am if the wind does not blow out from the sw too much

but more comming for the school holidays is the word

cheers
