Anyone who PAYS TAXES long enough starts to become a conservative. But that dont mean you gotta give up ALL the good liberal stuff.
I always say I'm a redneck, but you gotta move my long hair to see it. (Its mostly sunburn anyway)

Hey Hawaiin,
I couldn't agree more about kneelo exclusive shapers. A friend of mine had a board shaped by a standup shaper, the thing was a dog in san diego, even at Blacks ( his favorite spot ) He left it in Hawaii on his last visit to see his son 'cause it kicked ass on the North Shore.

Lowrider,
I have 6'1" Shawn Ambrose quad as my main knee vehicle, I still have my first Skip Frye Fish A 5' 10", I got it 2nd hand from a buddy in '74, when I was 18, when I used to shred more than cheese. I know this may sound strange but my gun is a 6' 6"quad shaped by Hank Warner who has the Hot Buttered label over here. Him and Terry Fitzgerald work together. Anyway this is a good all around board as I can stand on it but when it gets huge it's badasss cause of its size. Last winter at Todos Santos it was perfect for nearly 3x overhead.
PS. thanx for not bitchin' about the stand up thing

Dorje,
We get $1.25 a pound for aluminum cans here. I guess you guys call them "tinnies " . Anyway ... After i order a board I always leave about $35.00 on the table, turn in my cans and pay of my board, that way I tell my friends I bought it with old beer cans.
cheers

skansand,
I don't have a digital camera so I can't send a foto here is some info:
The plan shape is off an old Mark Richards twinnie circa'74 winged swallow I just put 4 fins on it and pulled the nose in a bit.
A few issues of Surfer (gasp ) ago they had a spread of boards you could look there for more info.
Mine is 6'6" x21 3/4 2 5/8 thick
I'm 6'1" 185lbs
Sorry I can't be of more help
