Great post ezak, thanks. A real joy to hear Simon Anderson talking history on air.

Simon Anderson is a gentleman and a scholar. A product of North Narrabeen along with Simon Farrer, the Novakovs, Steve Artis and a bunch of other people a few may have heard of (like Smith, Fitzgerald, even Pike, for those who are very long in the tooth).

Today Simon continues to design and construct beautiful boards for the discerning surfer while managing to keep his head out of his own fundament. On the downside I'm told the wait for a new stick can drag out at times depending on surf conditions. Personally I think that's a good thing.
