Cove pad users - what thickness do you like?

Cove Pad Details: Closed Cell Rubber- Does not absorb water. Thin 3/16 or 5mm is lighter wt but less pad or knee nest.
Thick 5/16 or 8mm is a tad heavier but has a slightly deeper knee nest and cushion for hard landings, bigger surf or older knees.
Both thicknesses are available in all grip patterns: Kung Fu, DiamondFly and DiamondBack. All come with an optional Tail Block.
