From what you are saying, I take it your first aps board was developed from first principles?
Oddly enough I can scrounge up a 3d mesh using 4 and 2 as the rocker out of my head, so I guess it's possible.

Hi Andrew,
Nice to see you're still around. 4 and 2 are interesting numbers. I'm running a fair bit more at each end. But it's not the endpoints but the journey that counts.

Great thread!
Pretty much all UK shaped boards are machine made with Bro Diplock being our foremost shaper. Bro's been shaping by hand for years but is machine all te way as I understand it.
Froma customer point of view, geing able to sit down with your old board on the screen and tweek every inch in the company of your shaper is amazing.

My current fav board is a computer stuff up, the machine cut the tail wrong,cut it too short and too wide,
So the Professor cleaned it up and I now have one of my favourite ever boards. it is called "50cent" coz the tail is in the shape of an Australian 50 cent coin, a part of a hexagon.

What about it makes it your favourite? What does this odd tail shape do? Do you have any pics? I'd love to see it.
