Good Mex Food

I ran a mexican restaurant as the chef for seven years and I'll trade a stay in Australia for all the mexican grinds that you can handle. Homemade everything. My chile rellenos with tomatillo salsa are killer, and an old woman in Michoacan taught me her style of tamales with fresh mole sauce... To Die For. Oh and don't forget hot sopapillas for after dinner, they go great with strong beer. T Hall.
