knee solutions

With the averge age of the kneeboarder these days this area should be used to post issues on health matters (surfer's ear, knee surgery, stretches, etc).

Have taken Glucosamine for 3 yrs or so, use the emu gel after exercise, I am sure it quickens the recovery time. Can't do any harm though (except to the emu's!!)

try noni

Post by Kauaikneelo »

We use Noni juice (Hawaiian of course). Look up noni "leather" on line. From right here on Kauai near where I live, check the medical tests they have done, pretty remarkable. We find it really helps balance the body and you start to feel better in almost everyway, but when you can tell the difference is when you stop taking it. Worth a look.

I took glucosamine chondontrin + msm for a while two years ago when recovering from a torn my bicept tendon. From the outset I found it made me feel a bit jittery, and after two weeks I discovered my hands would start to shake badly about an hour or so after taking it. Had to stop in the end it got so bad. Not sure what the reason was... but it didn't work for me! Glad its sorting you out though Dorje.

Interesting to see how many of the regular posters have chimed in on this one, seems to me there might be a good business opportunity in kneelo rehab

I am also using Noni with my regimen which includes Gluc with MSM, Coral Calcium, big doses of B12, and Vitamin D.

The drug that I will recommend against is Ibuprofen. I used to live on the stuff until I saw pictures of the inside of my colon. It will literally eat you from the inside. With diet, lifestyle changes, and the elimination of Ibuprofen I have not needed any pain medicine.
